Mark Zuckerberg told Meta employees that there would not be any changes to the company’s current hybrid work policy.

In a recent meeting, reported on by Business Insider, Zuckerberg was asked about Meta’s hybrid work policy.

Zuckerberg said, “Basic summary: no change. There’s a lot of things going on in the world. I just have not been focused on this at all. I think the status quo is fine. Carry on.”

Meta employees are currently required to be in the office at least three days a week. However, employees were concerned amid a recent return to office trend.

Zuckerberg remarked that two of the top five questions voted on by employees related to remote work.

Meta owns Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and WhatsApp. The publicly traded company has over 74,000 employees.
