Nikolay Storonsky, the CEO of Revolut, recently told his employees that Revolut will continue with its hybrid and remote work policy.
According to EuroNews, Storonsky wrote in an email to employees, “We care more about what you do than where you do it. So long as hybrid work keeps us productive, we will not be making any changes to it.”
This reassurance to employees comes amid a larger push for a return to the office from many companies. It also comes as Revolut, a global fintech company, readies a new HQ in London.
Storonsky said, “Our new HQ and many of our other offices will continue to play a crucial role in our growth and for those who wish to attend them.” He added that Revolut would encourage more time in the office in non-core markets to “support growth.”
Revolut has over 10,000 employees around the world and over 25 hubs in different countries. Aside from flexible working locations, they also offer a 120 “workation.” Employees can “work remotely in a new location and explore new cultures, all while staying productive.”
